All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm, will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Any orders placed at the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
When your order has been packed and shipped we will let you know, but please be mindful that once orders have left our warehouse delays or problems could occur that are out of our hands. Be rest assured that we will try everything in our power to make sure you receive your order within the time frame that you should.
For orders up to £19.99, you can choose which delivery method you prefer, but we have given the option of Royal Mail standard 48 hour to try and keep the costs down for smaller orders.
For Background Rolls, there is a flat delivery charge of £10.00.
All delivery charged are inclusive of VAT.
