At Classic Photo Supplies, we are committed to delivering your purchases in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle the delivery of your orders.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders within the UK.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (3-4 business days): £3.95
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 business days) £4.95
  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over £60.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there are any errors or missing information, we may need to contact you to update the delivery information, which can cause delays.
  • Classic Photo Supplies is not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@classicphotosupplies.co.uk with your order number.
  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
