Adox C-TEC 41 Remjet Remover

The ADOX C-TEC 41 Remjet Remover is a supplement to the ADOX C-TEC 41 Kit for processing ECN-2 films with a remjet backing.

The high-yield 200 ml concentrate is a specially developed solution for the reliable and gentle removal of the remjet layer.

Unlike conventional “DIY” solutions, this remjet remover stands out for its particularly convenient and easy handling. The remjet layer is removed evenly and reliably simply by soaking the film in the tank—completely without rubbing, scrubbing, or using additional aids such as sponges or cloths. In addition, the ADOX Remjet Remover is especially gentle and helps prevent discoloration of the film base, since the remjet layer does not dissolve into the chemicals used.

One liter of ready-to-use solution can be prepared from the concentrate. The mixed working solution as well as opened concentrate will keep for up to 24 weeks. One bottle of Remjet Remover contains enough chemicals to process films equivalent to up to two ADOX C-TEC 41 kits.

Application takes place immediately before development with the ADOX C-TEC 41 Kit at approximately 30 °C, and—through repeated soaking followed by rinsing—ensures thorough removal of the remjet layer.

The ADOX Remjet Remover therefore provides clean results and optimal preparation of ECN-2 films with a remjet backing for subsequent processing with the ADOX C-TEC 41 Kit.
