Returns Policy

Classic Photo Supplies offers a 28 day return policy. Items will need to be returned within 28 days of purchase date. Any items after 28 days will not be accepted.

All returns must be in the original packaging and the condition that they were received in.

Customers are responsible for returning goods at their own cost. Tracked or signed for would be the best option.

We are unable to accept returns for film due to the high sensitivity of these items.

Any items that have been purchased whilst in a sale cannot be returned.

Any free gifts with the order need to also be returned.

If you would like to return your order please use our secure contact form and please make sure you provide your invoice number.

When you return an item, a copy of the invoice will need to be sent with the return.

Once we have received the returned order, we will inspect them and make sure they are eligible for a refund. If the return has passed the inspection, we will then process a refund. Please allow up to 15 working days for a refund (we will try to sort this as soon as possible).

 

Cancelled orders

If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible. We would recommend you call us on 01455 286104, so this can be processed straight away. If the cancellation has already been dispatched we can no longer cancel the order. You will then need to follow the returns policy.

 

Faulty or Damaged orders

If you unfortunately receive your items and they are damaged or faulty please contact us straight the way – call us on 01455 286104 or use our secure contact form.

For any orders that have been received damaged or faulty you will also need to provide photographic evidence.

Once we accept that the item has been received damaged or faulty, we will send out another item or make a refund.
